What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in.
Do I need to stay at the party?
Well of course! You don’t want to miss the fun and we require the host to be present during the party.
Will I have my own private party room?
Of course! Your party will have its own private party room for serving pizza, ice cream and cake.
How many guests can I invite to my kid’s party?
Bounceeez can accommodate any size party! However, please call for special instructions if you plan on a party of 30 or more kids!
Can I bring my own decorations to my kid’s party?
The decoration package included with your party or the themed party option we offer should cover all the bases! But, yes, you may bring your own decorations (silly string, confetti, piñatas, and streamers are not allowed). Note: An additional cleaning fee may be assessed for excessive clean up or damage.
Can I bring my own food to the party?
Yes, you may bring in your own food to the party! Though we do offer pizzas and have full concessions!
Who serves the food at my party?
Your party pro will serve the food and will handle the clean-up unless specified by the host. Candles, matches and a knife to cut your cake are provided.
How much is the security deposit to reserve my Bounceeez party room?
A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required to reserve a package, with the balance due the day of your event. Bounceeez accepts cash, credit, and debit cards. For your convenience, we accept credit and debit card payments by phone and through our on-line reservation system.
